1. Customer Authority to Act Form
2. SLD Sketch
3. Panel Data Sheet(s)
4. Inverter Data Sheet(s)
5. Photo of MSB Main Switch
6. Photo of Meter
7. Aerial View Site Layout (panel, inverter, PVDB, MSB & PoS location)

Following submission of your application, we will contact you to confirm the submitted information and provide you with a quote to move forward - no applications are confirmed until we have contacted you to commence the formal process.
