RampSafe

A specific unit for export control

The RampSafe enclosure is a specific unit for export control. Export limitations are often enforced by DNSP's, not all Inverter brands can offer ramping control to meet DNSP requirements. These are fully customisable and will work with almost all inverter manufacturers.

Credit or cash

We provide net EOM 14 days credit for all industry customers who pass a quick and easy online credit check. Cash on delivery is also accepted.

Our online quoting system makes it easy for new and exisiting customers to submit orders for GridSafe products.

Shipping

We ship Australia-wide via door-to-door private courier and can dispatch products within 24 hours, pending availability.

We're ISO accredited operators and a CEC approved solar retailer.

Get answers

When is my order confirmed?

Our Industry manager, Matt, will be in touch with a formal quote for you to review shortly after you submit the form. From there, you just need to give us the thumbs up and we can go ahead and process your order, usually the same day. No orders are confirmed until you approve the quote provided. Give us a heads up if time is not on your side and we'll be happy to move things along as quickly as possible for you.

What is the turn around time on your protection relay boards?

If we have your GridSafe model in stock we can dispatch your order within 24 hours following confirmation of your quote. For products that aren't in stock, turn around time can be between 1-2 weeks. We understand the importance of managing projects, so we will always be upfront when providing you with an estimated delivery date.

Can I get a custom secondary protection board made?

Yes, we are able to build custom GridSafe products for customers seeking something with certain specifications. Get in touch and let us know what you need so that we can provide you with a quote.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we are happy to offer discounts for customers placing larger orders. The discount depends on the amount of products you're ordering and will be shown in your quote.
